Trumpism represents a repudiation of many things Reagan stood for. And rightfully so.

Reagan put the era of neoliberal globalization on steroids, with devastating effects on American workers and communities. (Of course China was the main beneficiary.)
He also began blowing up the deficit. And his trickle down economics were an abject failure.

With the benefit of hindsight, Reagan's economic track record looks far worse than it did at its time. He really isn't the be all end all of successful trade policy.

That is not propaganda. If people held shitty believe, it is fair to bring that up. Also everybody hates Musk and he can't be a benchmark for anything, dude is on drugs 24/7.

Ronald Regan and his advisors are why the US economy is in the mess its in. He started us down the path of extended deficits by issuing one of the largest tax cuts ever seen which benefited corpo bros and top earners alike.

And the problem? You can't undo his cuts otherwise corporate America holds the economy hostage.
