Easy. bright light, warm temperatures (75-95°F), high humidity, and consistent watering with well-draining soil, and fertilizing regularly.

If you don't have tall ceilings, grow dwarf bananas.

You can grow anything indoors. You don't even need a tent for growing indoor bananas. Just a room with high humidity and good sunlight. But In a basement you'd probably need a tent with a humidifier and lights
