McMaster hadn't been expecting a phone call and was on his personal cell phone, and as soon as Trump realized he was talking to to McMaster instead of whoever he thought he was calling, he started mocking McMaster and putting him on blast before hanging up. Basically, the guy is sitting there enjoying a hot cocoa in late winter in his pyjamas when the president of the united states prank calls him and calls him a loser
