All Mythic Unique not tradeable but you can trade rune set for Shako it 6x (Eom Lac Ton) + sparks and craft it

where can i get random cache?

You don’t need voh for shako. But there are builds that requires the runes set up to work. Playing without runes is probably quite challenging
