guess its a mainly gaming build or mixed use gaming/light productivity

everything looks good , just there is some things i would suggest going for power supply with atx 3.1 and pcie 5.1 standard such as ASRock Phantom Gaming PG-1300G 1300W ATX 3.1 or Asrock Taichi TC - one of them had useful protection

motherboard is fine but can be upgraded to asrock x870e taichi , same goes for 2nd SSD Kingston NV3 4 tb i guess its for storage but if it has 3 year warranty and the price difference between Kingston NV3 and Kingston Fury Renegade is like 30 usd id go for the Renegade since it comes with DRAM , 5 year warranty and higher TBW

the ram choice is good , just make sure its 6000mt/cl30 amd expo dual channel

also the rtx 5090 model you choose its one of the best , but asus tuf rtx 5090 would do the job pretty good aswell and i guess its like 200-300 usd cheaper

personally i dont like rgb but it comes down to preference

check youtube channel Pc Builder , he recently released ryzen 7 9800x3d build

5090 is having a lot of problems
I would get the older 4090 and use a end of year 2024 driver

You can look into the hardware and driver problems Nvidia has been having

Suggest the Noctua fans over the other junk. They got very detailed specification sheets for their fans and heat sink solutions. I used one of their solutions in my last build where the micro case didn't have enough room for liquid.

The liquid AIO solutions aren't t really that necessary IMO unless you are trying to OC or want a rave party in your case.
