How did my brother got ban ?

The first time it happen was during cold wars

The message was used of unauthorize software. He contested and asked for detail none provided and they left him ban.


Now it rehappen again with the same message and same accusation with bo6

They already deny the appeal and provided no context within 8hours.

He is prestige master 350 he played hundred of hours and spend $.


What can he do now? Like for real this game sucks always bullshit issues

Will pay if someone can help him get unban. Could it be something on his PC unrelated being detect wrongly as a software ?

He never even got a warning or a explanation.


He had just finished the new sniper in DM then he got ban for software use

did he do any bot lobbies for camos?
has he used any device such as cronus / xim?

or obvious did he use any cheats?

if he's legit used nothing, then im sure he has some sort of appeal process to it.
i wouldnt stop at the basic appeal i would email and email and find higher levels of decisions process to appeal it especially if i spent a lot of money on that account.

if hes really good and sweats on shitters it might just be from mass reports.

if hes fully legit he there should definitely be a process to get the account back. id be pissed if my acct got banned.

They are block from convo in every social media. They have no email at all where you can email them.


Saw multiple story similar it rlt sucks

If he got hardware ban or ip ban on Cold war and used his account logins on the same device recently he got detected no need to open the game they can detected it through their website and launcher now.. they improved their stuff on the last season even if it stuff that happens 4 years+ ago they can scan and detecte shadow/erased files now even if they are really olds... Also does he use DS4 aim+ or Exitlag/Nolag VPN or Sweat VPN if yes those could be the issue.
