+100% Minimum Base Quality of Welled Items
... The +2.18% Item Stat applies with the Minimum of a RARE+ item spawn dropped from a well (removing all Magical items)

The +X Stat Item is consistent for ALL drops from Normal, Evil Presence, Objective & Well Monsters (Trap Door included) with the inclusion of Skills like fishing, muting etc ... so what is shit about this Event?

Dang haven't seen the "tommyvv" comment for some time, think it was back in the D2 days. And this current event is worse.

Oh... as for my post earlier, the only thing I liked in that event was the 20% to profs, didn't care for the +stat either.
