95% of normie America didn't have any idea what tariffs were before Trump ran for his 2nd term.
99.9% of normie America didn't know that virtually every country on the planet has imposed heavy tariffs on American exports for decades. (Some luminaries here in PARD still don't know!)

If tariffs are so harmful, why has the entire world been coddled by America for longer than most of us have been alive? Wouldn't they want to get rid of all those nasty tariffs because they're so bad and scawy? Why does the rest of the world need this trade advantage? Why can't they be at parity? Can any of the left wing paedos here actually answer that one? The way I see it, we're politely requesting for something closer to parity. But I do understand that when you take away a child's goodies, they scream and moan.

Which explains the insufferable faux-incredulity of the Canadians here. If I were you, I'd shape up and watch your tone when talking to me when it comes time to replace your provincial parliament houses with totally unnecessary Walmarts and make you all slave chattel, unless you live in Alberta, then you're gucci (Soon TM)

This is the beginning of an America that pursues an economy of reality. Of hard production, of GNP and PPP. We are casting off the flimsy veneer of GDP, churn, and currency debasement. It's all fucking fake. Production is power.

It’s sad when you realize your “allies” have been plotting your downfall alongside your enemies.

No way moving most manufacturing back to the US. Lets see if Americans can build their own iPads at the same cost and speed

Amazon workers have way better working conditions than those Chinese factories, and they still complain and go on strike. You want cheap and quick products, you can't rely on US manufacturing.

So your argument to US citizens is:

“If you want cheap products stop trying to bring more jobs back to the states.”

Cool. I mean you are right but if American’s start thinking like you are they will be third world in less than 20 years. Their society will also start resembling the movie Wall-E (not that it already doesn’t)

What degree of inflation for consumer goods are you okay with if it means possibly bringing some manufacturing jobs in the US? Some people were just about ready to ask for Biden’s head over 5% inflation.
