You can have sigs you can be in a guild at 40% and post pics and but not videos

If you're deviant enough they strip you naked and make you walk around that way for months

You can literally get your acc banned/disabled with no changes visible on profile.
You can still have sig, ava, notes, 10% warn and permanent ban while user is still Group: MEMBER instead Group: BANNED

So in theory there's no way to say if someone stopped using JSP or got banned for some reason
