how can i make my a2 merc stronger?
He has all res 90%, 3.5k hp

equipment:
reapers toll
guardian angel
kiras guardian

many people on reddit said that the merc never dies but my merc dies often if i dont heal him.

From my experience its all about kill speed, if you’re killing them fast merc doesn’t die. If you taking a couple minutes….
Also high level BO helps

not sure why you're using reapers with its cold damage on a trav merc.

but the issue is most likely that he's doing too little damage (not leeching enough life) to stay alive

Throw a tals mask and a eth fort on em and you should be good, or andys face with a ral, but yea need BO for sure

He only dies if I don't kill the Council quickly enough.

Asides all the comments, i do have open slots in weapon, armor, helmet.
could shael runes be a good idea?

Gotcha my merc for my mf blizz sorc is 17med eth cv ral eth andy face and eth ds fort, he's a prayer merc tho so idk if that's why he doesn't die, only if conviction hits and even then it's usually just to kill toorc ice fist

Botd, forti, cot or some high lifeleech helmet. Bitd was for me a game changer when I had this problem or use a5 merc with grief and last wish forti and cot

I’m not sure about the mercs breakpoint for IAS w/ a thresher but shael that reapers and maybe put an IAS jewel in the armor or helmet or both

i think no merc is more valid at this point compared to getting last wish xd
