Spawning kids when you don't have your shit together is a recipe for disaster. There are too many unfit parents out there and too many kids that my tax dollars have to subsidize through social welfare programs because of intentional decisions made by irresponsible people.
If you want to spawn kids into this world and not take care of them you should be charged with human abuse. Castrated and forced to work to pay for those kids. Then we will see how quickly this hoe/playboy phase lasts.
