How does one create a trade link for a transaction? Like i understand I could copy and paste a trade request chat and doctor it up. Is that how other people are doing it?

Yes and send them a pm with your @"username" linking the item in the trade window so they can just copy/paste to you in game without having to add them to friends list

i put a item in your public stash tab for the amount of currency you wanne buy, go to the trade side and search your own tag like Warrior#1234, go for this item and copy the trade , sent the trade partner via pm

For big trades some people refuse to use a copy&paste reply, they want the actual real trade site link. The message ingame has broken hyperlink if it is done wit copy&paste, so it shows it wasn't done directly through website. Better be as cautious as possible since it does not cost extra work and/or time.

As someone stated, you list your item in a premium stash tab so it shows on trade site, you search the item which is done in like 1 second if you have a trading overlay and then you send the website link here on jsp.

People prefer you use items such as jewels or accessories for this.
