Parents always say their kids bring them joy, but I see a lot of exhausted, stressed-out people who seem miserable. Are child-free people actually winning at life? I think so.

No way
Childless people are generally okay in their 30s and 40s but start to break down in their 50s. That's when having children pays dividends and the hard work of taking care of them is over

Everyone is different, you shouldn't put them all in the same boxes with labels
People with children are both winning and losing
People without children are both winning and losing

I had the same question for my friend before
According to him it is definitely tough raising two babies but never regret and is the absolute most beautiful experience of both deep joy and sorrow in life that everyone must go through
