I dont think that this is right. 50exp will stay 50exp. If there are strong enough monsters that would have rolled 100exp as limit.. those might roll up to 139exp now.
Ahh, you are correct. I forgot.
Experience gain is in reference to all experience points.
Cap gain is in reference to the Monsters Capped level (thus thinking if 100 is max, you only gain experience to obtaining 100 on kill and adding + 39)
So if an Event had both modifiers for example @ 50%;
1-100 Experience for that monster killed would act how exactly? What mod comes first?
Monster cap of 50% (my assumption)
1-100 ... Cap is 100, so the cap is NOW 1-150 instead of 1-100... Average of 75 instead of 50.
1-100 ... +50% experience gain is now 1 (or 1.50) to 100 (150 max) ... Average of 75 instead of 50.
So combined, should it be (+50% cap) 1-150 (+50% exp gain) on top??? (1.5 to 225)???
