When push comes to shove you will see the true colors of liberals and conservatives in America. They are both bootlickers and police state sympathizers. They will control your speech on whatever platform they control. Whether it be liberals going wild with political correctness or the right defending Elon or Trump's fragile ego, or some other literal billionaire. Then of course there's Israel and that's the only thing the Dems and Republicans will openly agree on and censor criticism against.

Both of them want the same authority. They just want to abuse it in different ways.

But what makes Republicans worse than Democrats in this regard? I'd argue that at least Democrats admit they want to censor people. Republicans pretend they're for freedom of speech and expression, but they are staunchly anti-protest, anti-class solidarity.

I can tell you from personal experience that conservatives want to control your speech. When they say things like "if you don't like it here then leave" they're really just saying do not say anything I disagree with or one day you will be forced to leave.

MAGAs in particular are extremely anti-free speech. I put them in the same tier as pink-haired liberals shouting down people.

Remember when a man took a knee during our national anthem? Which group in particular was the most upset about this? This is anti-freedom of expression and protest. This is the behavior of mindless cattle that want to punish anyone who dares use their expression in any way that they don't approve of.

It was completely harmless. But I remember that day so well and just how triggered every MAGA nut was.

Exactly. Democrats did absolutely everything in their power to hide any sight of Palestinian solidarity while they were busy bombing children. Their entire news network, their political rallies, all worked against any form of protest against the genocide in Gaza.

But liberals now say "hey look at how awful Trump is!!" seriously now?? Nothing has changed except the honesty.

Anti free speech is not a right / republican thing, sorry.

That's a democratic left push 110%.

That's why at this point in time you cant visit America without risk of your cell phone being searched to see if you are pro or anti trump.
