What's your problem with the former USSR anyways?
To my understanding Hitler tried to diplomatically resolve the Danzig crisis, by demanding that Poland sign a treaty agreement to be Anti-Communist, and Poland refused to give up support for communism, and prospects of joining the USSR.
So I don't understand why polish people today have animosity.

The history of Poland's atrocities during the interwar period was well disposed of. The Polish were actively genociding Germans in the west and Russians in the east to make lebensraum for ethnic Poles. Which is why Germany and the USSR, enemies, made a deal to take back their own territories

You're right

It was never a country, the Polish-Lithuanian commonwealth, a Germanic state, did exist but like 300 years ago, they lost a long time ago

It's largely a fake ethnostate invented after WWI to spite Germany and Russia while Russia was kind of busy being taken over by communists

Ethnically, Poles are just German Russia hybrids to my understanding
