I tried it

A little mayo

ontop of my bacon tomato leek cauliflower carrot celery bell pepper eggs cheese omelet.

It was a improvement

Mustard is supreme to mayo and all others for so many reasons to include shelf life, flavor, smell, variety, texture, ingredients. It's something else and can be used in meat rubs and melted into cheese dips, so much


Mustard tastes horrible though

It has such an incredibly strong but terrible taste it'll contaminate everything

I'm pretty sure I have some sort of genetic aversion to mustard

I can taste the smallest drop, honey mustard isn't as bad but even the smallest amount of mustard taste lights me up and ruins anything for me

The color of mayonnaise is not really white. Kinda like a cream color. Good with pork floss on Chinese buns. Also something is deeply wrong with me.

Mayo is amazing. Stir in a little minced garlic and make a bootleg aioli. Maybe even a drop or two of sesame oil.
