You might actually see a decline. If people keep getting detained at the boarder for nothing I can see people altering their plans and your typical snowbirds will look for property elsewhere. Why anyone would pick Florida to begin with is beyond me, guess proximity.

Dunno, but it's really bad in Pompano Beach, maybe because we have such a large creol speaking hatian population across the railroad tracks.
I can understand this being a thing for french Canadians back when it was a sundown town 50-60 years ago.
Why they all come to Pompano Beach now is perplexing, you go to the beach before spring break, and nearly all the white people there are speaking french.
I had one guy come up to ask me something when I got back from shore diving, it was all in french, I say the I don't speak french "Me ne parl pass" and he walks away.

All of this bullshit of people attacking other people and their property, and pretending that anyone who has a different perspective of them is a fascist.

They added some charging stations to my workplace but I'm not willing to sink that much of my wealth into a depreciating asset just yet. I'm not as far into my career as you just yet. give me a few years and i might consider getting a nicer car.

I'm more likely to get a jeep.

There are some of those tesla trucks around and they are pretty ugly tbh.
