Made most of mine is just playing a combination of Path of Exile 1 and D2 and a bit of RS back in the day. I don't actually bot. I usually just grind a decent character together then sell my excess stuff. Obviously took years to get to this amount.

Edit - Hopefully i'll be 7 figures by the end of the year but family comes first these days.
