I guess you missed the joke. We both cited the same case, your source is from 2023 and its just a screenshot of an article, no author, no source. The video from CNN I posted is from 3 months ago.

I did not vote for Trump but it is sad how distorted the truth gets. Trump was found guilty of sexual assault, but not rape. Calling him a rapist is false... hence why ABC News and George settled to pay out millions.

Why in the world would ABC and George decide to settle, paying out millions and losing credibility, if what they reported was the truth?
