While fire dmg is nice (because it stacks with cow king boots that almost everyone uses) this also means most people prioritize fire resistance, meaning with 75% res your fire dmg is doing max 13.5dmg

13.5 isn't enough to cover the missing ed or 2os. You can get a lvl9 War Axe up to 100ish dmg

also keep in mind a lot of 18s have some form of MDR aswell which will affect your greatly with the fire dmg
