Sorry to say that this holds zero value. You can safely salvage this one,- unless you want to spend tons of mats and try to re-roll fire > phys %, elemental or crit dmg > x to x phys (flat phys)

Odds are not in your favor though. Personally I would salvage this.

so elemental crit and fire are all wasted stats?

No, they are good stats as well, but they need to be combined with other stats in order for it to make a great bow.

Example:
Projectile could have been better and also the phys % dmg. But this is just an example to show you what other stats is needed in order to make the bow decent/good along with elemental and crit.

Also elemental and crit are not the most sought after stats people look for in a bow. But they are indeed good stats, as long as their tiers are not low, rendering them useless if so,- like any other stat. And like mentioned above, combined with other very important stats like flat phys, +projectile and phys % dmg
