There's dclone discord that have notifications and announcements, but they walk them so quick on HC that its typically a low % chance u can time it. I'm like 1/10 walks every season, even with notifications.

You can't. They're private by design on hcl

Mostly dclones are launched by soj cartels at about 3-5am of servers time to not let too many random people get it. Best way is to leave char/chars afk in game at those hours and you may wake up having dclone in your game.
