The original file is around 7.5mb while the maximum allowed file size for avatars is 50kb.

Assuming you want to keep the entire sequence, this is most likely the most you will get out of it quality-wise:


Image Size: 47,86 KB (49.004)


For example, if you would only keep the first part of the animation, you would be able to have a higher quality outcome:
