If you want my opinion.

You'd immediately stop debating. Have some self-reflection. Distance yourself from your family and create your own life. Ditch your friends, work and read some stories of people who have built themselves up from nothing to something. Change your mindset. In 2-3 years, none of this would matter and you would be a better man. Perhaps your girlfriend will be there alongside you.

I also would not like to see anyone cheat on their S/O. Please refrain.
I'm not interested in anything platonic or sexual. Though if I was gay, I'd be seeking someone with more of a tuned moral compass.

also both times I got arrested I was drunk, so I'm not really drinking alcohol anymore.
