I already covered this in my GG charger build I posted on jsp. People were all like " uhdhuh evade doesn't work while charging you know.. uh duhh..."

Ya no. It does. I posted a video then soon after. Thought that would be the end of it.. but no. I come back and no one acknowledged the truth.

So, I made a new video of my charger using Hustle armor.. clearly dodging arrows while charging. One could argue I blocked 7-8 arrows with

a 25% chance block. Come on, guys does that seem likely. When I take hustle off almost every arrow hits.


So say what you will. This is the last time I'm posting on it. Through experience (been using hustle for almost a year now.. dude evade works while charging I seen it work over & over again.)
I know for certain what I'm saying is true. Now the last thing I want to mention is this. Pull it up on amazon basin - fine I'll do that for you. Link below.

It clearly states.. Evade: Grants a chance to evade any attack while moving. SO dig this, when we are in charge frames.. its a known fact BLOCK GOES DOWN TO 1/3rd. Same as if you were to run & not walk.
Which means.. while charging. We. Are. Moving.

Finally heres the thing about whirlwind barbs & whirlwind assasins. There block stays the same while in whirlwind frames. Meaning that the game factors that animation as if they are not moving even though they are.
So I haven't tested hustle on a whirlwinder, but I'm pretty sure it would not work on WW barbarian or assasin.

On the charger.. Yes.

This post may go nowhere. No one may admit I'm right.
BUT remember this. Down the line some other guy will say the same thing - that evade works while charging. They'll probably show proof & may have a better layout then I did.

I do admit, reading back some of my work on this & previous posts. I should take time to edit it & say things better. That just aint how I do this though, I understand why peepz a lil concerned about the info I put out.

Tldr. It doesnt work while charging

Ahh I've been expecting this.
The proof is all there, when you say "It doesn't work while charging" & deny the existence of my discovery.

You only hinder yourself more. Its another pin in you. Kind of like not having face cream close by. Unless you do
you must walk to get it, whereas I have it right by where I'm seated.

So I'm to take it, that in my video, I'm just getting hit by arrows and not taking damage from over half of them.
For no apparent reason? Oh wait there is one. I'm wearing Hustle armor with evade on it. While you charge,
your in move frames (block goes to 1/3rd.. your moving). Evade grants you the ability to dodge while moving.
Notice how many times I said "you".

That's because I want to show you. That you are lying to yourself. Worst yet providing disinformation that
distorts the reality of others - even if its just over a video game. Now I don't mean to take this too personally.
Yet the situation seems to require it, because if I say anything differently there's less chance that people
will believe me. I don't see why they wouldn't when the videos I put up clearly show what I say is correct.

Still people can believe what they want to. They can believe someone who has used this armor for about a
year in testing. With videos that clearly show me getting hit with projectiles and taking no damage. Or they
can believe the guy on this post who says "no it doesn't work" providing no real proof of anything.

Ok, let me slow it down a bit. Maybe I'm wrong. I don't want to be the person to distort the reality of this situation.
Bare with me, this is very difficult.

In all honesty, I can't tell whether hustle evade is the reason projectiles aren't hitting me. Or if its due to charge
speed causing me to somehow not land on the projectiles. Or if I'm constantly luckily blocking or naturally
dodging incoming attacks. If it were so, its an act of god. I've noticed this one fact for sure though.

Everytime I charge into arrows with hustle on - I'm not getting hit by like over half of them. When I charge into
arrows with enigma or fortitude. Boom, boom boom. Every one hits me except for the occasional one I'll block
in charge frame.. block @ 25%.

To end this matter for sure, I need to charge into wind druids nado and get it recorded. Now heres the tricky part.
When I charge into the nados it could be that they slightly turn away from me while I go in. Or that my hustle
evade has worked while charging. Or my charge speed in vigor somehow lands me in a space where there nados
miss me even while on screen they look like they hit me.

Whats going on. Well I think hustle is granting my charger evade. The arrows to me are a dead giveaway that it is
working. Yet I could somehow be luckily blocking at over 50% everytime a bowazon shoots at me. But EVERY time
they do, with hustle on I'm not getting hit by over half of them.

Now if thats just a coincidence.. its an act of god. To lead my into confusion into making these posts.
Honestly.. really honestly I've had some very weird experiences when it came to my D2 experience.

Still I do think hustle evade works. But can't get 100% undoubtable proof. You guys can try the armor & see
for yourself. I've noticed my PvP game - improve.

And sorry for sounding like a douche at times. Still when people just say "evade doesn't work while charging."
& give no proof. It is frustrating. Lets be real. I can't prove it works 100% for sure. But yall can't prove it doesn't.

I feel I'm more right because of the arrows always not hitting me more then they do when I have hustle on & charge into them.

Also with hustle I can charge into barbarians whirlwind with a range 1 weapon while they got range 3 zerker axes.
And not get hit by they're WW at all, or much less then if I were to charge in with any other armor. To me this
really does say evade does work while charging. To end it, I strongly believe it does.

Well then. Perhaps you should've read it before deciding to state whether it works or not.

I got evidence on my side, Nonetheless, I think this information was worth reading as it is a big discovery.
If what I'm saying is true. There's fairly strong evidence to show it is. Projectiles seem to be landing a lot less
with hustle on.

It states: Grants a chance to evade any attack while moving. (this chance being a base 40% with hustle +6 to evade, which may be affected by + skills as well on gear)

While charging... are you moving. Yes.

Let me post the video again with the arrows.. not doing any damage to me. About 5 of them. Then without the amour on, they all hit me basically.
