Imagine not reading the bill.

It is literally a bill for electronic health records for NEW PATIENTS.

Since a NEWborn is a NEW patient, and since it is under the age where parents are STILL RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CHILD, it asks these questions DUE TO A TECHNICALITY of the bill/law.

So yes, technically it must be asked since there was no provision for newborns. GD can't believe I have to explain this.

So you're saying he has accurately reported and commented on how a bill passed by democrats results in parents of newborns being asked if their infants are transgender, genderqueer, gay, lesbian or bisexual

No this is not how healthcare works, this was not appropriate to shove in the face of parents who's baby was just born.
This is not an appropriate questionnaire to shove in the face of children either, which is your next logical step from here.
And what would happen if they said their newborn baby was a gay transexual MTF, would anyone show up to take the child away for its own welfare like they should, I doubt it.
