The masses don't organize the business.

Workers are told what to do by their managers, who themselves are told what to do by the higher up managers, who are themselves told what to do from the executive office, who are themselves told what to do by the CEO. And the whole operation is financed by the owners.

It's a hierarchy, all parts are necessary. Without organization the workers don't know what to do. This should be obvious

An incompetent CEO thus makes the whole business run poorly. Which is why they're paid so much when they're successful, and canned instantly when not successful.
