No real value I'm sorry to inform.
The evasion is for sure really nice. However this armour lacks good keystats to go along with that evasion. You would need tri res or atleast dual res with health on this in order for it to have any value,- or spirit for example.
The dual res you currently have are too low to make it valuable, the only thing this armour has going for it is the 1.8k evasion, and that won't suffice along with the other stats to make it a good armour.
There are similar armours but with higher evasion going (1.9k compared to your 1.8k) for 10ex and up to 25ex that havent been sold in over 10 days or more.
You can safely salvage this unless you want to try and sell it for like 10-12 ex.
