Can it somehow be frozen at. Certain point and then that image be realized ?

Max size of signature is 400x150. Yours is 480x480. Eventually I can reduce it to 150x150. But then it will be small and it will look bad

Judging by the aspect ratio and size of the image you posted I assume you would like to use it as a signatue?
The image has a file size of 3,568.16 KB (3,653,793), while the limit for signatures is 70 KB.

Resizing it below 70 KB is not possible without a significant loss of quality:
