There some d2jsp user who already botted perfect 8-14 damage jewels and ruined any semblance of a fair game at the VLLD level. Resistances are irrelevant below level 30.

Boots are not valuable in any sense no matter the stats. The best boots are CTC frost/3 dex/15 AR though.

I've seen people with jewels that are equivalent in most slots. Trying to start VLLD without tons of fg to dump is completely hopeless.

thats nuts, even in d2 classic with millions of bots perf stat jewels were hard to come by.

i can only imagine they're churning them out via pskull rolling andy jewels and perhaps even rolling back if they get bad rolls. but maybe just duping the skulls alone gives them the ability to not even bother rolling back.

YES. RARE ONES. 6x p skulls + rare item of any kind = new stats. careful tho it requires a lot of math to get the right char level and item level for good stats.

Lvl 30 jewels are also pretty insane, I personally have a bunch of high rolled 4 mod jewels in my characters, not perfect though. I remember seeing a handful of completely perfect ones around however. Idk how but it feels like d2r has even more godly stuff around than d2lod with imports
