Hey, seen Spy X Spy family etc... it is mediocre to what I am looking for.

Here is a TV series I watch (even downloaded all 4 seasons) "Nikita" ... it has action and also intelligence to creating a network of under the books Agents, even if they are Rogue to the country rules etc ... they go outside of the rules, they manipulate other people in power or those that are ambitious while being solo, or engaging with other people.

The only anime that I know for now is "That Time I Was Reincarnated As a Slime Season 3" that incorporated Season 1 & 2 into the fold... there is also "Overlord", however, they did not make a season 4+, they just made Movie / Special OVA/ONA projects and ignoring the plot line.

Are there others that I have missed?

Some shows I've enjoyed that might fit the bill:
Bungou Stray Dogs
Princess Principal
Mardock Scramble (3 movies)
91 Days (more mafia than spy)
Darker than Black
Ghost in the Shell (a classic)
Lycoris Recoil

Get back to you on these... the Stray Dogs... think I have watched ... oh definitely watched Ghost in the Shell...

Ahah, Why am I not Surprised. I knew you would say that about (Ghost in the shell) such a grave Atmosphere in it, exactly the type of Anime that you would watch and Like.

And I am almost sure you also watched and enjoyed Death Note, back on the time when it Aired in 2006.. And maybe you've watched Parasyte Also? All these Anime are very Serious and have a strong Storyboard. that's why I am recommending them to you now.

Because I know you Izparagonzi. Stauf and I are knowing you for a long time now ~

Thanks, yup watched those as well... did not get into Parasite that much though, well I don't recall much of it, maybe I stopped watching it.

Btw IzParagonzi, maybe you've also watched those : Youjo Senki (an Anime about a guy living in modern society being killed in a Train jamming and then being reincarnated in an era of War into the body of a Girl.) and Inuyashiki (an Anime about a normal human being, even being weak, who becomes an ultimate weapon right in the first episode due to some mistake made by an otherworldy Army..) Both of the Anime recommended here are from the year 2017, so not so old. I hope you'll give them a Go whether or not you'll have Time for this later.
