i dropped the Hard R xD

They got so lame after George Droid, pre-pandemic you could drop the hard R in every sentence.
the disparity between now and then is not right at all, there should be a polite message for the first warning that way players know its verboten.
Then people should be allowed to correct their behavior by only applying mutes in varying amounts depending on the number of offenses, like
1st time, 3 day mute.
2nd time (if within 90 days of 1st offense, otherwise it resets) 1 week
3rd time (again if within 90 days of second) a month
4th time (again within 90 days of the 3rd time) 3 months
5th time (again if within 90 days of the 4th time) 1 year
Under no circumstance should a mute be permanent, ever.

Does the no hard R rule apply to clan chats too?
I can't make my own Hard R clan, to let people know they are welcome.
