350B is a made up number

Real number for military aid is 65B (inflated number since it's the cost we paid for this equipment and it's old now were offloading it.)

Then we spent 60B buying new equipment so that's just money spent in the USA

40-50B was given in loans and grants of direct cash.

I don't know if we could find a better use of money in terms of military research / product testing and that's if you simply don't care about the larger repercussions of allowing Russia to freely do what they want with no pushback from a supposed world leader.
