First day of ladder was fun working with 7 others as a team with no gear, felt like old times. But ya too many bots now man, you can see prices dropping fast every hour
I woke up 8h into the ladder. Saw that there are already bers and sunders offered. Didn't even start game. At very, very least they should ban cross-progression so console players would be free of illicit botted goods and first ber we would see maybe in a week or two.
I have 1500h clocked on PS5 but stopped playing, doing few runs on my 98lvl non-ladder from time to time.
The first page for D2R on the launcher was an ad for diablo 4 being on special, before that it was an ad for their campfire chat which was the same day as d2r launch. The game is abandonware, they dont even care enough to do their banwave specials that they used to do when there were more people playing.
There's no economy because of botting and the dwindling playerbase, there's 20 vex runes for every 1 person who wants one by day 2.
There's better diablo alternatives through modding and private servers.
The new Lobby/Join game/Message system is still bugged/broken, it's just straight up worse than what we used to have pre-d2r.
ladder every 3 months is dumb and only caters to adhd kids and fg addicts. Ladder used to be long enough to gear a gg character and pvp but d2r killed pvp
most ppl I met on diablo and long termers occasionally do a reset but most don’t do them at all except to make ladder only stuff for the NL chars
I instantly find any game i could ever imagine needing for playing ladder, theres like 6 games just for killing andy A1 nightmare alone right now lol how is that dead? cause ur El rune isn’t worth 100fg like season 1 on a 5 year old game?
agreed, i find it baffling that speaking of the afforemention will get your posts removed on jsp whilst they allow people to collect over $1,500,000 in FG. If both blizz and JSP worked together and revived d2 the game itself would be much more enjoyable. But at this point I can't push myself to play more than 2-3 days of a ladder before giving it up.
