Hello.

I have put together a build and purchased it online. However, I then discovered that the AMD Radeon RX7800 XT GPU is back-ordered for an unspecified amount of time. They offered me to either wait, or I can swap it out for a similar price/performance one at no cost, which would be the NVIDIA Geforce RTX 5070. I wanted everyone's opinions on the 2 cards, and whether you guys would wait for the RX7800, or switch to the RTX5070. Here's the build:

CPU - AMD RYZEN 9 9900X 12C/24T 5.6GHZ
Mobo - ASUS X870 PRIME-P WIFI
PSU - XIDAX 80PLUS GOLD POWER SUPPLY's: 750W
RAM - XIDAX PERFORMANCE DDR5 5600Mhz 16GB x4
GPU - AMD Radeon™ RX 7800 XT
Storage - XIDAX PERFORMANCE NVME M.2 SSD: 1 TB x2

Thank you!

I'd say go for the 5070 unless you need the extra 4GB of VRAM. It outperforms the RX7800 speed wise

An RTX 5070 if you can find one at MSRP, but I wouldn't pay over $1000 because a 7900xtx outperforms it at that point. I could not and I needed a white one to match my build. I just ended up buying a ASRock Phantom Gaming White 7900xt for $719.99 off Newegg last month.

I'd use a 6600xt in the meantime because they are very cheap for their performance.
