I think pretty much any canned soup has high sodium, but I almost never eat them. Might check the next time I'm at the store if I can remember to.
Anything processed is high in sodium for shelf stability.
It's just the way. Like salt curing your moose meat to make it last all season. & Tbh, even your store bought fresh proteins and seafoods are injected with salt water to increase weight and 'tenderness'.
