I believe items/cash doesnt matter, I think what matters is if your account does raids or not.

Dont understand how you would be less of a ban than myself I dont buy/sell gold either and have lots tons of KC in end game raids on top of loaning out bills with clanmates&friends regularly xD

Depends on the criteria, I don't personally know.
Most people spend a long time looking for these items because they want someone to trade that doesn't do much activity on here recently and has held said items for a while.
I'd be happy to buy either scythe or Tbow off the GE and hand it over to you at Cost @ 1:26, but generally that's not what most people who specify these trades look for.
And they do take a long time to fill like this even at a generous +2 over market rate.
