my wife has given birth 4 times, first time with a little Nitrous oxide and other 3 times with no drugs/gas and she said birthing pain does NOT come close to the pain she experienced when passing a kidney stone.
I was 18 y.o. when I got pneumonia and the pain was so intense just trying to breathe. The only other memory I have that comes close to that pain level was a serious food poisoning case
where I was writhing in pain, naked, laying in a bathtub, while simultaneously vomiting and doing explosive diarrhea for hours. The pain was so bad I can never forget it, and that was in 2005.
Also given birth four times - not a pissing contest I said it wasn't way fun
