You should use nos coil for the ias. You cannot get max bp effectively without this.

he allready has 95 ias, so there is no need for nos belt

that ed / min dmg on circ is crap - i agree with u

only max dmg will get increased by 65%
whole min dmg wont get that bonus, except the 8 min dmg on circ himself


but not sure if it counts only for the jewel (40ed) or for the 25ed on circ too
