Mines simple, a lil salt and fresh lemon squeeze

Anyone that can drink raw eggs can eat raw oysters.

I love oysters but drinking raw eggs sounds disgusting

Dairy butter slathered wholegrain bread slice with 4 pieces of the tenderloin cooked two days ago and a good thick slice of high fat cheese. That's a masoner's breakfast - only you eat 3 slices instead of 1. But i already weigh 115 kg - don't want to end up at 150. I want to be able to at least move around when my age advances.
