According to Siragusa, the perpetrators demanded that the 31-year-old influencer give them access to her crypto wallet on her phone in order to transfer coins into another account. During the encounter, Siragusa said on X that she had been “pistol whipped” and had blood all over her face. She would eventually head to the hospital to be checked out and has since told her fans that she is okay.

According to a Houston Police Department spokesperson, during the time this was happening, Siragusa’s 36-year-old husband heard the commotion, armed himself and entered the room. As the suspects attempted to flee, Siragusa’s husband was able to fire off an unknown number of shots, possibly injuring one of the suspects.

The Houston Police Department was contacted at approximately 10:50 p.m. and was dispatched to the scene to investigate. SWAT was not called out.
