There are some amazing pho places around here. Great food clean establishment staff always great and has amazing attitudes and jokes.

There are some amazing pho places around here. Great food clean establishment staff always great and has amazing attitudes and jokes.


I've had lots of Pho, and at least in my area I can say I've never had bad Pho, but it's all tasted the same. But that's not a bad thing because it's all good. It's one of those things I don't think you can mess up unless you try to.

I've had lots of Pho, and at least in my area I can say I've never had bad Pho, but it's all tasted the same. But that's not a bad thing because it's all good. It's one of those things I don't think you can mess up unless you try to.


My dad before I left georgia started trying to make authentic pho. Hardest part is the broth. And he tried getting good bones and simmering it for hours. He made it real good a few times. Decent noodles are the second hardest. Everything else is easy.

Fish oil is the easiest way to ruin pho. But it's also exactly how you know you made it right.

My mom loves dumping a bunch of fish oil in it. -v- I dont put anything at all in pho after it comes to me except maybe some bean sprouts.

If I can't get pho without fish oil when at a new place I will just order pad Thai with extra sprouts, mix in with noodles so good.
