Infinity on a merc is definitely not p1 optimal.

You want more dmg, like eBotD, because the only thing that matters is how quickly you can get the first corpse.

Amp & CE is enough, no need conviction. Don’t even need a sunder charm.

You also don’t need beast. Having 125 fcr would be better in SC because you can get to the target area quicker this way.

Instead of eBotD on merc and insight on golem, a cheaper alternative & almost as good is to have insight on merc and hustle golem.

Merc should be wearing gface and CoH (or forti if you have eBotD).

except for one sneaky item that gives an aura...ill let the class fill you in on what aura that is
