could be a budget charm for someone but GCs arnt very desired for psn charms. normally someone will run a 62psn sc I believe it is just to help vs life rep so they don't take up 3 spaces



also to elaborate on this more u can have
4-10fire
1-20light
1-5cold
20psn over 2 seconds

these are the max possible ele dmg rolls on a rare lvl 18 jewel. you can only have 3 of them tho since there all suffixes

11% dmg goes to mana

req lvl 8

more of a temp jewel since the AR and Max dmg are low. if guess around 20-25fg
