Nobody is defending anyone. However, there are some basic rights US Citizens have.

1. They have a Constitutional Right to a speedy trial.
2. They have a Constitutional Right to face their accusers.
3. They have a Constitutional Right to speak in their own defense.
4. They have ALL the Constitutionally Guaranteed rights until they are CONVICTED of a crime.

They have been convicted of nothing. They wanted to come home. So they're home.

Why is it that you support violent international gang members coming into the US illegally and taking over apartment complexes, killing and raping anyone who refuses to open up or leave, but when US Citizens want to come home, you're up in arms?
