not wrong

never once understood the appeal of microstrategy. even pre BTC etfs. now with ETFs anyone scared of direct BTC ownership has zero reason to get exposure via microstrategy.

i also fail to see how saylor will continue in perpetuity. he just keeps buying more, then what? how does he eventually provide value to stock holders unless he sells off massive portions?

Just another hype stock that rides with btc.. i stayed far away from this. Coinbase or hood are better proxy for crypto exposure.

pre-ETF it made some sense in a buy and sell later scenario. stock market exposure to BTC. but i never got fear of owning BTC, so it was never for me.

I’ve been pretty aggressive with covered calls On this name. No point for me to sell until April til I get tax perks.

Im curious what happens if/when Saylor decides his only path is to sell off large holdings at the top of a bull market. like in one hand i can see a selloff, but on the other hand if you just trust that he'll rebuy in the next cycle why sell it off? its basically a low risk company that's not FLOODED with cash. saylor would prob buy back the selloff with the cash he just got from liquidating. so you get even more from holding.

Many whales do this.important to remember the market cap of btc is around 2 trillion and saylor net worth (all assets) is a few billion?

I Think it would be inconsequential. You have a lot more influential people both bullish and bearish

For me this was a done deal when the big finance and payment processing companies started spending boku dollars in crypto processing, It was always here to stay after it got accepted by the cool kids

I think btc will fill post election gap tho . Holding but I won’t re add until mid 70s (1st week April is my guess)
