So my 33 year old furnace broke today.

So it's either $1050 for a new inducer (to fix it) or $5,000 for a new furnace.

Either way can EVERYTHING JUST STOP BEING ON FIRE

for like 1 week

How long is it expected to work if fix'd vs if new?

chicken warmers, toasters, space heaters, bake with the oven more. lots of options.

a blanket and a candle and smoke as well.

time to appreciate what the ancesters did when they made indoor heating systems that relied on iron and anything that can burn. anything.
