pb & pb vs 10% slow
ba & ba vs 10% slow

For holy freeze + 10% slow:
For pb to hit 7frame smite it's 68 IAS
For ba its 70ias to hit a 9 frame smite, 109 ias for 8 frame

For just holy freeze:
For ba it's 78 IAS for 8 frame smite
For pb it's 46 IAS for 7 frame smite

For just 10% slow:
For ba it's 72ias for 6 frame smite
For pb its 18ias for 6 frame smite
