When you say GM duel, do you mean Melee VS Melee Tour GM version?

Well, ur main goal is to have a huge HP and dodge pool i guess.
Your defense is not gonna do anything against theese builds built to duel 30-40k defense builds, so it should not be a focus area.
Inner sight is important for urself and i guess u need to be in human shape to cast that. So you then need to ditch cta to wield beast if there are no no precast rules applicable (I dont know theese rules).

Other than that, werebear skill do not offer inzane ED% adds, and ur using standard attack so i think you should here instead focus on a wepon with high stat modifier, such as knife (0,75%ED per DEX & STR stat).
Since you have high theoretical survivability due to the combi of dodge and HP bonus from bear/lycan, OW and Crushing blow should be viable stats for you. And you also have the skill CRITIC which renders very low effect of deadly strike, but you do get a high CRIT chance due to high skill critic %.
There is a perfect fanged knife for this though, the issue is that i would guess there are slow% rules preventing it. And that is ofc Fleshripper (ETH fleshripper).
Since your inner sight is inzane, there are only 2 relevant helmets. And that is Guillaume and Metamorphosis. But since you are bear and due to critic skill a Metamorphosis will on this build crush guillaume by far!

So here is an example:
Fleshripper 'ED% soc or BER or possible IAS' + Stormshield
Metamorphosis (CNBF, 25% crush, 20% DR with mark, 25% EIAS with mark, some res etc)
Fortitude armor
Upped Gores or even regular gores
20ias/10cb/adds gloves
STATS+OW belt
2 x nice melee rings /// angelic
Highlord /// angelic

If fleshripper is not allowed due to slow%:
ED/IAS/Fool's/2soc BERBER Eth self rep FK (or a cruel+master version)

Theese are just my thoughts. I never played this mode of D2 :P I have not bothered checking ias breaks which may alter some small stuff.

in og d2 fanat aura used to speed up d/a/e animation frames so it was pretty nice as primary weapon with ow and cb. no clue how bearzon does in d2r. i used to have 1 almost every season back in the days.

oh btw it sucks ass, just a fun semi-immortal troll

I was curious my current helm is a +2 passive viso with 11 str and 11 dex 2 socketed with ber cham - do we still think a meta would top this? I believe in bearform also the only IAS i get is from my weapon i dont think IAS from other equipment applies from what ive read

in d2r oias has a bigger role so just use ias calc to so find out the breakpoints for a specific weapon

yeah correct but having IAS on my gloves or helm doesn't actually benefit me while my zon is in bearform is what ive read in these other bearzon guide from the past - is this no longer true and does ias from gloves apply?
